Betting & Gaming Rules
Bet Placement
All bets placed on ccc444 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or game. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with those rules before placing a bet. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player unless ccc444 explicitly offers a cash-out or edit function on that market.
Minimum & Maximum Stakes

Void Bets & Cancellations
ccc444 reserves the right to void any bet where:
- A palpable error has occurred in the pricing or market setup
- An event is cancelled, abandoned, or does not meet the minimum completion criteria for settlement
- There is evidence of match-fixing, corruption, or irregular activity in the relevant event
- Technical errors affected the bet acceptance or odds display
In cases where bets are voided, the original stake is returned to the Player's ccc444 wallet.

Intellectual Property

Where ccc444's liability cannot be excluded by law, our total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your ccc444 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law & Account Termination

By using the Platform, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute not resolved through our internal dispute process.
Account Termination by the Company
ccc444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without notice, where it has reason to believe that the account holder has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where continued operation of the account would expose the Company to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk. In such cases, legitimate balances will be returned to the verified payment method on file after all applicable checks are completed.
Account Closure by the Player
You may close your ccc444 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within 2 business days. Any remaining balance will be returned to your verified payment method after the standard withdrawal verification process is completed. Pending bets at the time of closure will be settled normally; winnings will be included in the final balance payout.
Severability
